The way this will work is that you will E-mail me at the address given with a clear and accurate description of the problem, and also any messages the computer is giving you i.e.. Visual or sound, it is also help full if you can include any indication of what might be causing the problem, i.e.. Inserted new hard drive, dropped computer, new software installed or include a record of any events undertaken on the P.C. during the days before the problem. |
